My name is Brian Gipe. I am a native Nevadan and married father of three. Growing up, I was always building things. As a young boy, I spent hours building complicated forts for all my friends in my neighborhood. From there, I enrolled in a Building Trades class in high school. In this class, we built a house from start to finish. This is the point in my life where I fell in love with the building process. After high school, I went to work for a general contractor. I started out as a laborer and worked my way into customer service and then an assistant superintendent. After 8 years, I sought out an opportunity to become Project Superintendent. I ended up working for one of the largest home builders in the Reno-Sparks area.
During my 15 years as a Project Superintendent, I have built approximately 500 houses in 11 different developments.
In 2008, I became a General Contractor myself. I started out doing small jobs for friends and family to working for second or third references based solely on reputation. Since that time I have become a member of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada and built an amazing team. Together, we have completed multiple remodel projects including award winning kitchen and whole house remodels, numerous garages, shops, and even horse barns.
Last but not least our favorite projects are the custom homes. Our team enjoys working with the homeowner from concept to completion. These can be intimidating and complicated projects but our team has the experience and expertise to make this a fun and enjoyable process for you. There is no better feeling than turning over the keys to a brand-new home. One of the most enjoyable parts of our profession is that we have clients that we now call friends.
